MacBook Air Microphone cable damaged need to replace it
When replacing the audio cable I slightly crimped the microphone cable and now my mic doesn't work. How can I replace it?

im not sure if these are model specific but here is what i found on ebay.

as far as teardown goes it sounds like you have already taken it apart but just in case i am wrong here is a link to the guide.
select your model mba and go from there
