My internet connection won't come on
I try to go on google it says it says you are offline and the film ware keeps shutting phone off

Try wiping your cache partition follow the instructions in the video to get into the recovery mode

Once there select wipe cache partition by scrolling with the volume keys and when your there use the power button to select it this should help . If this brings no Joy then you may need to do a factory reset but remember if you do a reset all your data and apps will be lost as it returns the phone to factory settings . Hope this helps
