That really depends on the sale of the phone. You need to contact or visit where you got the phone from. It's possible it's still under warranty. But I can't say if it is or not

Warranties usually don't cover impact or liquid damage. What happened to ti?
Probably not a warranty. But unless they wanna do repair, my spidey sense says they don't, then they need to contact whom they purchased it from, and find some answers there. I almost always agree with you. But I think this is the proper direction
