iPhone 5s died and will not charge or turn back on.

I have been having battery problems, so I took it into a repair shop, where they replaced the battery with a new one. However, recently, my charger has been giving me the notification that the "accessory may not be supported", and eventually stopped charging, so my phone died. When I got my new charger, I plugged it into my phone but my phone screen remains black and my phone will not charge/turn back on. It will not connect to itunes and the phone makes no vibrations, etc, so I don't think it's a screen problem. I tried DFU mode with no luck. Any suggestions?

Check the charging port if there is any blockage or damaged pins (there are about 8 pins)

Use a flashlight and shine on the charging port.

If any pins are pushed down the charging port assembly needs to be replaced.

If it's dirty inside then cleaning it with tweezers or equivalent is recommended. Be careful not to touch the charging pins as they can get physically damaged.

It sounds like a charging ic chip issue as it does not seem the phone wants to charge anymore. It could be a faulty battery instead too.
