Touch Display does not work correctly

The upper 1/3 part of the touchscreen is very laggy and pretty much useless, and nearly every 20-60 seconds it acts like i touched anywhere on the screen. It can get really annoying! :/

PS: I have never seen the inside of an iPhone and i never tried to open it in any way!

Sounds to me like the digitizer needs replacement. Unfortunately, that is a rather difficult job so unless you want to hand your device in to a repair shop I recommend you buy an already assembled fixtureboard+digitizer+homebutton. I have made good experiences with that, got mine on eBay for 32$ here:

Doing the job yourself is easy. Follow the step-by-step guide on ifixit and use the old LCD with the new digitizer/lens. You'll figure it out!

Before doing this, i'd check out the connector 2 and see if it's damaged, so you won't be out 30 bucks in case it's not the digitizer that's faulty.
