#3 connector latch broke off

I replaced the screen and LCD but when I went to connect #3 cable the white latch that holds the cable to the connector broke off therefore no sound except for speakerphone. I set the #3 cable end into the connector and have a small piece of tape holding it in to the connector. Everything else seems to work ok. I did not want to extend the tape over the connector pins as I was afraid to gum it up. I read the connector pins need to be pressed down by the small latch. Is the hold down latch replaceable?

Patrick check these questions out and I am sure you will get some of this answered. I Broke My Motherboard, Now What do I Do? and Broken latch of ribbon #3 ( 2 pins missing ) you can try to repair the little latch if you have steady hands, a replacement latch and definetely a source of magnification. Good Luck.
