usb not working not even power it cant even charge a phone

hi,

I have MacBook Pro model A1278 i5

The USB ports are not working there is no power it can't even charge a phone! I have tried all possible software solutions nothing is working.

Can you assisit me?

Sadly, your logic board needs some repairs. I'm suspecting you mixed up the power bricks for one of your USB devices which burnt out the power logic within your MacBook Pro.
