iPhone 6 with no image after screen replacement

I've been fixing iPhones for a while now with no problem. This time that I fixed it for a friend i replaced it with no problem it turned on and everything and about a week later the phone just went black but it is recognized when I connect it to iTunes. Could it be the logic board that was damaged? The phone has never been wet either.

Have you checked the connector on the logic board? Check whether it is in good condition and clean it with Alcohol cleaning fluid to have a try.

Can you verify if it's no image or no backlight? Try shining a light on the screen and see if you can see anything. If so, it could be a problem with your backlight circuit.
