@copper01 vertical lines could be related to either a bad main board or a bad t-con board, as well as possible TAB failures (bad panel). It would help if you post some images of what your screen shows, with your question. For that use this guide Adding images to an existing question so we can see what you see. You also need to tell us what exact model Westinghouse your TV is.
