"Cannot register to network"

Hello android pros,

I am looking desperately for some help regarding my phone.

I recently purchased an Oukitel U15 Pro, and I am having trouble with it stating "Cannot register to network". I have searched low and high online for methods on how to fix this and nothing seems to work. The last thing that I haven't tried is to root it. Now, I am by no means a new age tech savvy person, however I felt comfortable to try this, however, I do not have a PC, which seems to be the only way to accomplish this. I have tried every other suggestion out there - or so I think. Does anyone have experience with this? When I purchased the phone, I made sure it was compatible with Telus in Canada, and it seems that other people are using this phone with no issue. Help Please!!

Hello, I had a difficulty too in K10000, the reason was that in the system menu, in the available networks, the access point name was set to a wrong value (there were 4 available). When I set the correct value, everything went smooth.

The path is the following: settings -> more -> cellular networks -> access pint names. See if it helps.

Hi you need to replace again your imei with ,MTK Engineering Mode,YOU HAVE YOUR IMEI AT THE BOX,or if you do not have it..try imei generatorand choose xiaomi ..this generate imei for free and it workingi have 5 oukitel phones in my family,,,,AND REMEMBER TRY YOUR SIM IN BOTH POSTITIONS SIM 1 SIM 2…ALWAYS RESTART YOU PHONE AFTER PUT THE IMEI
