iPhone 6 top of phone/motherboard gets hot
I had some battery issues on my iphone 6, so I opened it and unplugged the screen screen/top connectors from the motherboard and also unplugged the battery, re-plugged everything, hoping that this would fix it.
After restarting my phone I noticed the top right side of the phone got hot very quickly, only when using the phone. When it is locked/stand-by the phone cools down. I bought an used iphone 6 with a broken screen and used its battery for my own iphone 6, and the phone still got hot.
I also tried to connect my moms iphone 6 screen to see if it's my screen causing the heating. Even with my moms screen the phone still got hot on the top right side. I put the screen back on my moms phone and her phone didn't have any issues.
I'm thinking it's my motherboard causing the heating up. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Please help.
