I have 1998 Chevy c/k 4.6 1500. 2wd

I took it through a pre- admissions check and the code came back that the check engine light isn't coming on and needs to be on then I checked all the electrical fuses and there's one row of three fuses under the hood that I have no power running to them and they are connected with pink wires I don't know what to do!! I have to have it come on so I can get the codes to fix it in time for the real test on September 17th 2017!! Please HELP!!

@conniekind2017 you got a lot going on here. Post some images of what exactly you are looking at. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Essentially your check engine light does not come on? It is supposed to come on when?
