just apple and the circle running

hello days recently i tried to fix iphone 3gs but nothing i cant due. just i leave with no charge and charge again but only appear apple logo and the circle running and nothing its freeze. i open itunes and never up try to restore but i can't. i have iphone folders i see all appl all stuff in the phone but i don't what i have to due thanks.

Options

open itunes, then while holding home button plug your iphone in to the USB cord. This should make itunes recognise phone and should allow you to restore the phone. the phone may not be recognised the first time, try again.

otherwise I would try DFU -google it.
