Won't run and has vibration when I press the gas

My 1992 gas Yamaha golf cart doesn't move and when I press the gas there is a little vibration in the cart coming from underneath and it won't help please

@caleb_williams you did not give us the complete model number. If your sentence was meant to end with "does not move" start checking with this. Your cart is most certainly one that has a drive belt over a centrifugal adjusting pulley system. Check to make sure that the belt is still on. Procedure for checking it should be similar to this Yamaha Model:
