Hi,

I am trying to connect my Fire TV Stick for the 1st time and it has connected to wifi ok, but am getting the above error message when I go into each tab. I reset the fire stick and my account and I am still getting this error message. I have also turned my wifi on and off again just in case that was the problem? Please HELP!!

Are you able to connect to the internet via WiFi using a computer or tablet?

You may need to reset the cable router

Yes I can connect to the internet via WiFi and we did turn off the main router if that is what you meen?

Did you enable WAP or WAP2? If you did see if you can disable it on the router to see if that's stopping it
