But it is now asking for a code to get into the pad and owner said there was no code on it when she was using it. Why is it now asking for one ? This ipad was bought as a refurbished one from apple. Thanks a whole bunch. Perry

Chosen Solution

Connect it to iTunes and do a restore and that should remove the passcode and let you start fresh with your own information

This ipad has not been conected to a computer before so i wonder if that will work or not ?

I would think so, you would just be restoring to factory defaults
