Disabling usb mass storage mode & No Voice/Talking driving Directon

Make: Garmin GPS. Model: NUVI 260w

Problems:

1…Disabling usb mass storage mode.

2. No Sound or Voice Direction while driving

Recently I plug my USB cable into my computer Or Car battery charger for driving directions and now I cannot get USB mass storage mode off my Garmin nuvi 260w .

After fixing problem #1 by doing 1 to 4 steps as below GPS Started Giving ONLY Visual Maps driving Directions. But NO Sound / Talking Directions

Test Performed for Problem #1

1) Disconnecting the nuvi from the charging cable.

2) Press and hold the battery meter icon for 8 seconds. This puts the nuvi into "system test" mode.

3) Plug in the power cable.

4) Click "Exit." The nuvi should now reboot, but remain in GPS mode!

Note: GPS is now working and Gives ONLY Live Maps Directions but NO Sound Directions

2. Problem #2 No Talking Directions Tests performed:

I Checked Volume, Sound Settings: Mute is Able or disable

Note : GPS gives both talking and visual maps direction when GPS working on its Owen battery power

Please Solve this Voice /Sound /Talking Directions Guided Driving problem of Garmin NUVI 260w GPS Problem
