I have colored vertical lines on my screen, how do I fix it?

My iPhone 6s was previously cracked, but I dropped it again and now my screen is 80% vertical colored lines. The whole thing is unresponsive, do I need to replace the LCD or ? I just don't want to buy the parts and it still not work.

Most likely, it is just the LCD that needs replaced. But you can open it back up, make sure you power phone off and disconnect battery...then reseat the connector to verify it is same or not. If it still has the lines, replace LCD...Always disconnect power before disconnecting or connecting the flex cables to it
