It seems samsung didnt upgrade this tablet to Marshmallow, You could install a custom rom that is marshmallow, if you need help let me know

Here is the fourm for tab a 7.0, it is a long process that will involve rooting your tablet, and flashing firmware wich may brick (destroy) your device so only proceed once you are confident you know the process
