Whenever I plug in to charge, this comes up like a flash!

When i plug in to charge my phone or connect to pc, at the screen above usb slot a wave of flash is formed on dispaly temporarily.

I have taken a screen shot of it.

This is normal behaviour, it is just a visual represetation that a charger has been plugged in, my s6 does it.
