Brand new Insignia Flex Tablet Won't Charge

Hi, I just bought an Insignia Flex Tablet 10.1 NS-P10A7100. In a 7 hour period it only charged 6%. I changed outlets and after 5 hours, it charged 1%! I've never seen anything like this before. Need help! Thanks!

Thanks Tim! I was only charging from an outlet, then moved it to a newer outlet. When I got home from work, the battery had gone down a few percent! Yes, It's definitely under warranty, just bought it on 8/13. I'll return it.

Are you charging from a computer or an electrical outlet? If from a computer, try the outlet. If that doesn't work, you can try a different charging cord and/or another outlet.

Are you still within warranty period? If so, return it. There is no need to repair a faulty item, when you can exchange it.
