Hello,
My laptop has no display and the external monitor can't detect it. When I turn it on, I can hear the fans working though. What could be the problem?

Hey!
Do you hear any beeps as you tried to start it? If yes, please check if you find your code here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202768 and here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT1547.
In all cases sometimes it helps to reseat the memory and remove all the battery and ac adapter to perform a powerdrain.

Hi Michael! I forgot to mention, I don't hear any beeps/chimes when I turn it on. I know that if I hear any beeps, it has something to do with the RAM.
Okay! But sometimes reseating the RAM is a good idea in general - did you tried it anyway?

Did you bang or spill some liquid into your system? Can you give us some background on what happened or what you encountered before the system stopped working.
