Audio jack not working

Hi All;

Part of the tip of the audio cable plug got stuck inside the audio port on my late 2014 13" Macbook Pro. No question about it . It's not on the plug and I can sort of see something inside the port. No problem when I use a usb to audio adapter. Sound out works fine but otherwise the Mac thinks there is something connected in that port and won't use the internal speaker. I heard there is a little tool that can pop one of the springs which holds the plug in and it just falls out.

Does anyone know what the tool is, where to get it and how to use it to fix the problem.
