Multiple New Screens, No backlight.

Hey, ive been replacing moto screens for a while, and we continually get a "no backlight" issue on this model. We try three of Four new screens and it doesnt work. The screens are tested good. I feel it has to be something to do with physical alignment, but i wanted to know if anyone else gets these types of issues while fixing an XPlay.

Please only respond if you have physically had this issue before, or know of a fix for this issue.
