can not play music with click wheel by pressing start symbol,

I cannot start music by pressing the start symbol on click wheel, and I cannot stop music by pressing the same click wheel, I cannot turn iPod off by pressing the click wheel?

Options

The clickwheel is probably dead then. However, there's not really a guide that shows how to replace just that part. You'll want to order the whole front panel.
