Stop Code error not_less_than_or_equal keeps bluescreening with steam!

So, since the August 8th, 2017 update, everytime I sign onto Steam, my laptop blue screens.

I have already tried reinstalling steam, updating and reinstalling my drivers for my graphics card (nVidia geforce 980), but I don't quite else know what to do. I just wanna play Fallout and Kingdom y'all-- I would greatly appreciate the help.

Is this happening when you open Steam or when you try to start a game? What is the rest of the error?

When I log in to steam; regardless of whether or not it is set to immediately start or start on command, it goes to log me in, and freezes. There is no more to the stopcode I recieved. Ó w Ò;
