Blank Screen after replacement

Hello, i have just replaced a iphone 6s screen one of many this week and for some reason the screen will not display anything, after doing a bit of faultfinding i manage to get the phone to boot with a display but it will only doit if i do not connect the home button flex and the front camera flex, i have tried replacing both with new ones but still does the same does anyone have any ideas??

Are you disconnecting the battery prior to removing and connecting a replacement screen? The iPhone 6S has a very sensitive backlight circuit (the power and ground pins are adjacent on the connector) and if the connector is not aligned properly and under voltage, bad things can happen.

Now if the screen and backlight does work when the two other flexes are not connected, then it appears that one or both of those circuits are probably drawing excessive current, possibly limiting the current available to a heavy current-draw circuit like the backlight.

Do a good visual inspection, preferably under magnification, of the connectors and surrounding area. Look for damaged poins or missing or loose components. If you find anything wring, then it will require a micro-soldering repair.
