Hi a few month I setup find my mac app and create a passcode and write it in my memo today my mac desabled and request that passcode I entered but it demand it again any help please to open my mac I have the passcode but not working

That's a scam. Look at the email address. They are trying to get your passcode to lock you up. Probably then hit you with ransomware. Do not respond to that email address. If you have, immediately call Apple at 800-MYAPPLE and report it and change your passcode.
Reboot your machine in Safe mode by holding down the Shift key on startup. Go to your browser and get it off that page.

Look at the email address they want you to contact, IT IS NOT APPLE.

its my screen and yes my mac hacked its request me to send passcode to the email above I have acess to my icloud account what about this I enter recovery mode and hold cmd+opt+crtl+shift+S and I get this code
