WiFi/Bluetooth Module Chip is broken - Controller wont connect

Hey,

how can help me, im on the search for a wifi/bluetooth chip for the cuh-1216a. Numbers from the old one are:

605BB43031DF

Rev1.1

AW-NB218-2-22180-0BH

AA0B50027734023

I can find the chip for de cuh-1000 and 1100, but not for the 1216
