Sudden shut down and not able to switch it on

I was using my oneplus 3 and it randomly shut off. It wont respond to anything. Battery charged 90% enough for 10hrs . Tried pressing power button and volume down buttons same time, for factory reset it wont respond. I faced no such issue earlier. Everything was fine till now. Please advise.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Mine does this. The way to fix it is press the ON button while plugging it it and keep it held down while you unplug it and then plug it back in again. That always fixes mine. Don't ask me what causes it to shut down in the first place though.

Have you tried the unbrick guide from the OnePlus forum? It may be a software issue, and if so then the first method in the unbrick guide should solve it. :)
