sound cuts out during videos

When i play any video, (youtube, video texts, facebook, videos I have recorded, etc) the sound cuts out after a few seconds. the videos keep playing without issues. the media volume is on amd other audio work just fine. Nothing is in the headphone jack and blutooth is off.

You might need to delete your video downloader and reinstall it to get all the necessary drivers codecs and/or bugs updated.
