The side cover of my hero 5 black was broken. I would like to ask on how i will get my replacement. I've seen that a lot of people are also complaining about this. I was careful with the cover. So how come this happened.

とありました。上記サイトで電話ないしはチャットでパーツをオーダーすることになりそうです。

しかし、海外発送となると結果として高く付く場合もあるので、日本国内にあるGo Pro専門の会社に依頼するのも選択かと思います。カメラなど修理が高額になる場合もありますが、不具合があるのはチャージするドアなのでそこまで高くはつかないと思います。Go Proサイトからパーツの価格を確認してから国内の修理専門会社に依頼して比較するのも良いかもしれません。
