My laptop gets a black screen after preparing start up repair

When I turn on my laptop it shows the loading circle with the hp logo then after that it gives me a blue screen saying an error occurred and the computer needs to restart after it does it goes into preparing automatic repair but after like 30 seconds it goes to a black screen

I've done all 3 of those solutions and it just sends me to the black screen after the loading circle.

If you didn't make the recovery media (disc) before this happened you may have to buy from HP?
