How do I realign the read-write head on a 3.5" floppy disk drive?

I recently opened up the floppy disk drive to see what I could recreate a mod I saw online, and while I was doing that, I removed the 2 screws securing the head in the drive. Looking back at it, I realized that I had just completely ruined its alignment as I can't get it back on the way it was because I don't remember how it was exactly positioned. If any of you know how to re-align the read-write head on a 3.5" floppy disk drive, help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for answering my question. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it was still a good idea. I did manage to get it working satisfactorily, but if it ever fails in the future I know what to buy.
