My phone is shattered but i can still kind of see the screen and it says: Iphone is disabled connect to itunes. All i want to do is upload pictures but my phone won't even let me type in my password to transfer. I have a windows computer and there isn't an itunes app. How can i get on it so I can download all the pictures before they're gone?

Unfortunately you will need to replace the screen and restore the iPhone.
Once it says iPhone is disabled you have lost all data on the phone as it's locked out.
