The washer was just spinning a not quite full load and I heard a loud bang and went out to check and the washer door was open and the door lock button was on. I shut the door and try to restart the load and the door lock button won't go off. The washer won't spin as long as the door lock button is on. How do I fix this?
This model has dials only. There is no keypad for me to hold down three seconds to restart

Guna, it sounds like your door latch/lock assymbly broke. Unplug the washer. Remove the top by removing the screws on the back that hold the top in place. Push the top back and up. With the door open remove the 2 screws holding the latch/lock assembly. Look down from top of washer with a flashlight and you'll see the latch/lock assymbly. You should be able to pull it up by pulling the wires to it. You can't repair it. Your local parts store probably has one in stock. They will need the model number. It's located inside the door or opening of the tub.
