Why is my fan rpm high and audio not working after replacing my fan?

After replacing my fan, I turned on my MacBook Air and the fan was loud. I tried the smc reset but my led light on my charger isn't working either. Nothing something seems to work.

Take a picture of the fan showing the connector area. I suspect you either didn't plug it in correctly or something got damaged

Well, the good news is the ribbon cable is not squarely inserted! Carefully place a piece of electricians back tape on the ribbon cable with a pull at its end so you have something to grip. then loosen the clamp and snug it up make sure its not at an angle as you have it now.
