Mic not working during calls

Hello

I have problem with my mic

The other side can't hear me on speaker mode, when I speak normally he can hear me fine without any problem

Somebody can help me find the problem?

Have you opened the iPhone itself and checked the cables? You may have to replace the speaker part itself. As a IT tech, I have many people coming in with the same problems mostly with the 6 and 6 plus. I replaced the speaker piece itself and then the phone started working again.

Also try seeing if that part is connected and seated. You may have to replace that entire upper mic ribbon.
