My FitBit is stuck on an update
About a month ago, my FitBit got stuck on an update. I left it to charge and after about 3 days it was working again.
On Tuesday it was not responding to touch and was not counting steps. Then it went into update mode again and has been stuck ever since. I have tried restarting - it won't. I have also tried to a factory reset - nothing.
Can you help?
