weird issue after tristar replacement

so i had a customer bring is a 5s and the problem was it wasnt charging. tried a new port and battery still nothing. so i went right to tristar. replaced it and phone is charging fine. however i have 1 issue. the touch id isnt working, the cable isnt torn or damaged and the home button itself works fine. i checked the cap and filter for the home button right next to where the charge port attaches to the board. the line has .450 voltage drop to ground and theres continuity between the filter and the pin on the charge port fpc.
