The laptop started being slow and after shutting it down, it could no longer finished the booting process. I thought the problem was the OS so tried reinstalling it but it stopped in the middle and now nothing won't work.

In some recent computers running Windows 8> you need to activate Legacy boot in the BIOS setting to boot other OSs than the OEM, and if that still fails, you are too flash BIOS and this is very sensitive as you might end up messing up your gadget if it fail, try at your own risk
