Can I re-attatch L2 on my DS lite circuit board?

So I dropped my DS lite on a tile floor, causing it to not turn on. It charges and has no visible damage on the outside, but after opening it up, I found that the part on the circuit board marked L2 had come off, and I was wondering how I could reattatch it, or if I would need to get a new motherboard. Would epoxy work to get it back on, or would I need something else?
