iCloud protection so I can't get into it

I need help I don't know the owner of the phone and they cancelled the service but it is mobile and I want to make it my phone but there is iCloud protection so I can't get into it

@nyrchick97 unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing you can do to remove the iCloud. The only thing I'd suggest is that you try to get your money back.
