I burn my logic bored U2 but not that burn I still see it is no dark just no solder on it I still see the pin can it be fix with rosin flux and some solder and copper

Can you take better pictures? If I had a penny for every pixel in that picture, I would have about 5 cents. It looks like you ripped the pads off and if so just throw the board into the donor pile as there is way too many missing. Try tinning the pads and seeing if they are there or not.
