Why is my drone not flying but slanting to the right or left?

i just got it a few days ago but it cant lift up!it cant fly at all could it be i bought dead drone?tried changing propellers but it still cant fly , the other time i changed the propellers it was balance but did not fly again its turning though?what do i do please help

I has one like this too! I think what you do is tighten the propellers, or flip them, but I'm not sure. Just try to play around with it. Also if you just bought it I would give the company a complaint.
