i bought an lcd for 60 euro it worked fine for 3 weeks, yesterday it started to do color strips, and after i tryed to restart it was dead.
is 100% the lcd or it can be the logic board?, because i don't want to spend 100 euro for nothing.

So is this the same phone as your previous question? If it is, it didn't appear to be working fine then and now it seems to be even worse.
Generally speaking, color strips and symptoms of that nature tend to be LCD related and not logic board related. However, looking back at your previous question and comments, you mentioned that you had lost the screws for the LCD retaining bracket. It is possible that the connector got loose without the bracket (perhaps after some drops). I would double check the connections (always disconnect the battery first).

Try a new or known-good LCD and then report back.
