Every now and then the error message "phone has stop working" will appear and calls won't come through, I can make calls but it takes about 30 seconds for the app to send out the call, has anyone had that same problem....? And how can I fix it???

Looks like the phone app has become corrupted and is crashing while you make calls. The best way to fix this issue is by performing a full Backup & reset. Go to “Settings” and look under “Personal”. Make sure that you have a Backup account registered with Google, and turn on “Automatic restore” if you want to restore backed up setting and data, as you will erase all your personal information to reinstall the basic phone applications. And don’t forget to backup your current WhatsApp status or any other personal information (music, books, photos, videos, notes, etc.) that are not being managed by a Google app. I also make a list of all my apps so I don’t forget to download them all after the fresh start.
