Razer Blade Stealth fane CPU broken

The fan on my Razer Blade Stealth is making a very loud purr. I think the bearings have gone and it doesn't look like there is an easy way in to the fan (no screws).

The fan has a sticker with its serial number but I've no idea how to order one.

Does anyone one have tips for tracking one down?
