Phone dropped in toilet

So my girl dropped her phone in the toilet. Didn't seem bad. Put it in rice for 2 days but it is dead. Moisture sensor inside is red. What would I need to replace/repair to get it working again? There is no burnt smell whatsoever. Have insurance just tryin to save the $200 deductable

@cowboyfrank Rice is good to eat but does nothing to fix problems caused by corrosion It only provides a false sense of security by making you think you are doing something.

Don't Put Your Device in Rice. Here's Why...

The very first thing you want to do is to not use the phone. DO not try to turn it on, sync it, charge it etc. Remove the battery as soon as possible from the phone to minimize further damage. After that completely disassemble your phone by using these guides. Using 90%+ isopropyl alcohol, clean your phone by following this guide. It was written for an iPhone but all the points are still pertinent to your phone as well. You must remove the EMI shields from this board. You can either desolder them or use some sharp scissors to simply cut them off. Careful so you do not break any of the components underneath those shields. While cleaning, check for obvious missing or damaged components. You can always post some images of your boards etc. with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.

Once it is properly cleaned, replace the battery and reassemble your phone. Only then can you properly troubleshoot.
