No mobile signal or cell service

I was in the middle of a search on a Tractor forum (Trying to fix my riding mower) when it suddenly lost signal. Factory reset did not help. Verizon put a new SIM card in and that didn't help. I have WiFi but no mobile service whatsoever. The phone is constantly searching for service to complete setup. I'm looking for someone who can REPAIR this phone or give me some info. Thanks.
